Song & Tap Dance Sensation

Melissa Giattino and Ron DeStefano take you to the days when Fred & Ginger and Mickey & Judy filled the screen with undeniable chemistry, effortless harmony and precision tap dancing. Gorgeous vocals, exciting choreography and unique musical arrangements. This duo breaths new life into classic song-and-dance.

Heralded by presenters and critics, TWO ON TAP aims to breathe new life into classic song-and-dance with clever arrangements, a meaningful connection to the audience, and exciting high-energy routines. Recent accomplishments include multiple appearances at the National World War II Museum in New Orleans, headline spots on Queen Mary 2’s historic transatlantic route, and multiple community concert tours including over 100 cities throughout the Midwestern and Mountain states.

Educational outreach and helping to create “tomorrow’s audience” are an important part of TWO ON TAP’s mission, and Ron and Melissa enjoy leading school and community programs in conjunction with their performances. Their innovative “Tea for Two Outreach,” in which local dance students interact with the artists before a concert and join together onstage for a signature song-and-dance group number, has been praised by presenters as an exciting and wonderful way to connect with new audience members and increase ticket sales. Audition workshops for aspiring high-school theatre performers as well as mini-concerts for young people incorporating a structured curriculum on the history and evolution of tap dancing have sparked renewed interest in what some had considered a “lost” art form.

“… rhythm, style, humor, and Broadway flair…”
